Why counselling?

Counselling can help by allowing you a safe space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged or rushed.

What to expect

In the first session, I feel that it is important for me to explain how I work and you will be free to ask questions. We may not commence any therapeutic work, that is entirely up to you and you will set the pace going forward.
